Meet the Builder
Tim Miller has spent his career focused on one idea: creating homes that feel as good to live in as they look. A graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia with a degree in housing design, Tim blends formal training with decades of hands-on experience in residential building.
Early in his career, Tim worked in traditional single-family homebuilding, but he quickly recognized that villa buyers were looking for something more intentional, homes that offered ease, comfort, and thoughtful design without sacrificing quality. That insight led him to focus exclusively on villas and ultimately to the creation of Bridgewater Communities.
Tim is closely involved in every community and every plan. He reviews floorplans, studies sightlines and room relationships, and looks for ways to make each home feel intuitive and comfortable to live in. He believes good homes come from thoughtful questions: How will this space be used every day? Where does the light fall in the morning? Is there a better way to move from one room to the next?
