Meet Tim Miller, Owner – Bridgewater Communities
Tim quickly became known in the St. Louis building community as a builder with a passion for quality and implementing continual improvement. Bridgewater Communities, which he founded in 2003, is a perfect extension of Tim’s passion for steadily improving the performance of any and all processes involved in residential construction, customer service, and business management. The company mission statement, “To be better today than yesterday and better tomorrow than today,” supports his goal.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he majored in Housing Design. With years of experience early on in building single family homes, he saw a need for a niche market—homebuyers who want the privacy and spaciousness of a home without the time consuming restraints of exterior maintenance such as lawncare, watering, snow removal, etc. Founding Bridgewater Communities, he designed three elegant Villa floor plans and has made it his purpose to build a quality luxury Villa home offering The Villa Lifestyle to his homebuyers! The properties Tim chooses are in convenient locations and offer beautiful surroundings and amenities with opportunities for enjoying an active lifestyle.
Tim is very active in the home building community and was re-elected in 2013 to the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri. This association of over 800 members promotes and protects the viability of the building industry in our region. Tim also currently serves on the St. Louis County Board of Directors, which reviews governmental and building issues in St. Louis County. He is a recent past president of the HBA Sales and Marketing Council and still serves on this Council devoted to helping builders with sales and marketing initiatives. He is also active in the National Association of Homebuilders and the national Builder 20 Program.
