Timeline & Future-Phase Expectations

Phase One villas are available now, with pricing shown in the right column and the Phase One siteplan available below. Future phases will follow in a thoughtful, orderly sequence. While subject to change, our current expectation is that we will announce homesite availability in late fall to early winter 2026-2027 with move-ins for future phases will begin mid to late 2027. As plans take shape, future-phase availability and pricing will be released first to those on the VIP notification list.
