Our plans are flexible to allow for eliminating rooms that you no longer needed and maintaining size in the areas that are important to you. Our kitchens and primary suites are generously sized, with open layouts that make everyday movement feel effortless and intuitive. We’ve eliminated most hallways to create better flow and more usable space, and all our interior doorways are standard at 32-inches-wide. This makes moving from room to room smoother and more comfortable; something most homes simply don’t offer. Open spaces offer furniture arrangement and design options.

Beyond our plans you see online, our plans can be almost endlessly resized using our unique process to get your villa to be customized to suit your lifestyle and needs.
