Bridgewater’s Eze Breeze porch, displayed at The Villas at Ohmes Farm in St. Peters, offers a fully enclosed back porch with convenient access to the Breakfast Room and steps to the backyard or a grill deck. Full glass windows with screens, an elegant vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan and low maintenance, high quality materials offer a beautiful “outdoor” space to enjoy more seasons of the year. Close to the breakfast room and kitchen, it offers additional entertaining space, seating your guests in comfort.
A covered porch offers the same convenience to the breakfast room and low maintenance features of the Eze Breeze without the windows. Available with a flat or vaulted ceiling and a ceiling fan, low side walls or railings span the perimeter and allow you to enjoy open air while the roof shields you from sun and weather. Rain or shine, entertaining can still happen here!

This luxury Villa home offers multiple porches with a covered porch in the rear and our new loggia-type covered porch that spans the front of the Villa home—providing plenty of room for some comfortable chairs to relax and take in the beautiful views.
