Construction has begun on the first building in our newest community, The Villas at High Street. The community is in the new Highland Meadows development just off High Street south of Hwy 100 in Washington, Missouri.
The Villas at High Street will be our second community featuring our Cottage Villa concept. The first was our phenomenally successful Villas at Green Forest in St. Peters. Our Cottage Villa communities are planned and designed with a focus on value, convenience, and safety.
The new community will include twenty-five villas in six buildings consisting of 2, 3, 4, or 6 single-level units on one cul-de-sac street. Each villa will include 1,056 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 9’ flat ceilings, a large island kitchen with walk-in pantry, a rear patio, and a one-car garage – all on a single level. All villas in the community will include low-threshold entries at the front door and into the house from the garage (no steps).
To add maximum value, we have negotiated with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to include an extensive list of our most popular structural features and interior finishes in the starting price. There will also be a highly curated and limited list of available optional features allowing for personalization. By streamlining our purchasing processes and buying in bulk we can keep prices low and allow purchasers an easier purchase as there are fewer decisions about what to include in their new villa. As the “good stuff” like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, and much more are already included.
The first building under construction in the community will include four villas. Three villas are available for pre-selling at the lowest price with the fourth planned as a display that will be available for prospective purchases to tour when complete. Completion of the first building is anticipated to be late summer 2024. A second building of six villas, at a slightly higher price, will also be available for immediate purchase. The balance of the buildings will be available later.
