Visitors to our communities are pleasantly surprised at the open, airy, and luxurious feel of our villas. We have received comments that prior to a visit, they were unsure of what a “villa” was. So what does it mean to own a Bridgewater Communities villa?
First, a Villa is your home—a place to live, play and enjoy friends and family. Our Villa Experts are here to help you create your own personal living space on the inside. The outside building materials and color scheme have been predetermined, however, you may have exterior options such elevations with turrets, bay windows, garage doors, entry doors, etc.
Your Bridgewater Communities Villa is owned “fee simple,” meaning you own the building and the land. Be aware there can be significant differences here with other builders. Our villas can be freestanding or attached, depending upon the community and/or lot specifications.
